Our 30-minute consultation is the perfect solution for individuals who have specific questions or need targeted advice about Canadian immigration. This concise, focused session allows you to get expert answers and clear guidance efficiently. What to Expect: - Expert Guidance in English and Spanish: Our consultations are available in both English and Spanish, catering to a broader range of clients. - Direct Focus on Your Queries: The session is dedicated to addressing your specific concerns or questions. It’s designed for clarity and precision in the shortest time possible. - Expert Advice: You will consult with a qualified Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) who can provide accurate and up-to-date information relevant to your query. - Preparation for Effectiveness: To make the most of this brief session, we recommend you prepare your questions in advance. This helps us provide more focused and detailed answers. Ideal for: - Clarifying specific aspects of the immigration process. - Discussing particular eligibility criteria for various programs. - Understanding documentation and application requirements. - Getting quick advice on a decision or next steps in your immigration journey. Note: This session is designed for quick queries and is not a substitute for a full consultation. If you require more in-depth analysis or a comprehensive profile evaluation, it is advisable to book a 60-minute consultation. This longer session offers a broader scope, allowing for detailed case evaluations and more comprehensive advice.


Cancellation Policy

This agreement, is between the assigned Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) from VisaCake (IMM Immigration Services) and the Client, for an Immigration to Canada Initial Consultation, subject to the following terms and conditions: - Consultation Schedule: The initial consultation will occur over Zoom at the scheduled time. The duration will be either 60 minutes for USD 140 or 30 minutes for USD 70, as selected by the client. - Agreement Acceptance: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client accepts the terms of the consultation, which serves as the Initial Consultation Agreement. A copy of this agreement will be sent to the client for reference. - Purpose: The consultation aims to assess the client’s and their family members' eligibility for permanent or temporary immigration to Canada, verify the client's file, or answer questions related to Canadian Immigration law. - Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, the client must inform VisaCake at info@visacake.com at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation without reimbursement (Plan policies apply). - Refund Policy: Payment is refundable up to 24 hours before the consultation, minus a $50 USD administrative fee. Any transfer and banking fees for reimbursements are the client's responsibility. - Late Arrival Policy: Time lost due to late arrival by the client will be considered as part of the consultation. Exceptions may apply for issues beyond the client's or consultant's control. - Follow-Up Meetings: Additional time beyond the scheduled consultation requires a paid follow-up meeting or another consultation. - Assignment of RCIC: The RCIC for the initial consultation may differ from the one assigned if the client chooses to retain the company's services for full representation or guides. - Confidentiality: All information and documents shared are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, excluding VisaCake employees and consultants. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
